Summer at Chauncy

Over the Christmas and New Year period, our team will take some well-deserved time to rest and recharge. Chauncy will close from Thursday the 19th of December and reopen for service on Friday the 10th of January. Summer always brings its own rhythm to our days, with the garden requiring extra care during the warmer months. As such, we may operate with slightly shorter trading hours, so we encourage you to secure your table early if you’re planning to visit us this summer.

It’s a very happy time of year at Chauncy, with the intensity of spring behind us and the summer garden taking shape. We can’t wait to welcome you in the new year. Thank you for being part of our journey and for embracing what we do with such warmth and enthusiasm. We’re looking forward to sharing more of what we love with you in 2025.
